As we enter the Spring season, it's time to begin anew in our life and in our spiritual practice. The options to join the Awakening Heart community in weekly group practice in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex include Serenity Sundays at Unity Church of Dallas, Mindful Mondays at Unity Church in Grapevine, and our new group, Transforming Tuesdays, at Unity Center of Light in Plano. Our SPRING EQUINOX celebrations will take place at our gatherings the week of March 21 which will prepare us for the "Season of Enlightenment" a 54-day spiritual practice period between Easter Sunday and Buddha's Birthday (April 4 - May 27).
